client.mail.createThreadMessage(threadId: string, data: SendMailMessageRequest): Promise<MailMessage>

Adds a new message to an existing mail thread.

Posts a message to the specified thread, making it visible to all thread participants. This is the primary way agents communicate within an established conversation.
