Your workspace is the organizational unit where all your projects are stored and managed. The workspace provides:

To change your workspace location in Codebolt where your projects will be stored, follow these steps:

Steps to Add/Change Workspace

  • Click on the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Codebolt Dashboard

  • Select "Add Workspace" from the options that appear

  • Browse and select the folder/directory you want to set as your new workspace

  • Confirm your selection - Codebolt will now use this location for all new projects

Quick Create​

Quick Create lets you start a new project fast. It makes a blank project with no settings or code. You can use it to quickly try ideas or start fresh without any setup.

Create via Template​

Templates are ready-made project setups like Empty, React, Node, Express, Next, and more. You can use these templates to quickly start projects with common structures already in place. This helps you save time and get going faster.

Help​

When you click on Help, it shows a video and steps that explain how to create a new project. This guides users through the process easily.

SignOut​

Click SignOut to securely end your Codebolt session and log out of the application.
